Sundays at Tallo are for savouring, and our Sunday Lunch is the reason to book the table. Our top side of Cornish beef comes with a proper Yorkshire pudding and peppery watercress. If beef isn’t your thing, try the chicken supreme cacciatore-style with olives, capers and tomatoes, or the hake loin with Sicilian caponata and salsa verde. Vegetarians are looked after too, with red pepper polpette, feta and a silky vodka pomodoro sauce. Every main comes with a spread of seasonal sides, from rosemary skin-on potatoes and harissa roasted carrots to braised leeks with mature cheddar. Leave room for pudding, because the lemon posset and the tiramisu are worth saving space for, and little ones get their own roast beef or roast chicken, so everyone at the table is sorted.
